{"id":886,"date":"2018-08-30T09:55:54","date_gmt":"2018-08-30T09:55:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/crimealert24.com\/?p=886"},"modified":"2018-08-30T10:16:48","modified_gmt":"2018-08-30T10:16:48","slug":"2-women-including-journalist-allegedly-sexually-assaulted-in-noida","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/crimealert24.com\/?p=886","title":{"rendered":"2 Women, Including Journalist, Allegedly Sexually Assaulted In Noida"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b class=\"place_cont\">NOIDA:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>A journalist and her friend, both women, were allegedly sexually assaulted by a man in Noida&#8217;s sector 24, police officials said, even as one of the complainants claimed the police &#8220;delayed&#8221; action which allowed the accused to escape.<\/p>\n<p>According to a Facebook post made by one of the women, she and her friend were sexually assaulted by the man last night in 12\/22 area of Sector 24\u00a0in Noida while they were on their way home .<\/p>\n<p>In the post, the woman alleged that the police did not &#8220;act fast&#8221;, which allowed the assaulter to escape.<\/p>\n<p>She also alleged misbehavior by a constable at the local police outpost and raised concern over the absence of CCTV cameras in the area.<\/p>\n<p>Senior police officials, however, said the complaint in the case, that was reported late Tuesday night, has been registered and a probe was undertaken to nab the accused.<\/p>\n<p>According to officials, a case has been registered at the sector 24 police station under IPC section 354 (assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NOIDA:\u00a0 A journalist and her friend, both women, were allegedly sexually assaulted by a man in Noida&#8217;s sector 24, police officials said, even as one of the complainants claimed the police &#8220;delayed&#8221; action which allowed the accused to escape.
